GA Bob's & Cherry Blossom Festival

I played two shows in 2 days in Middle Georgia a couple of weekends ago. The first show was at Georgia Bob’s in Warner Robins. Georgia Bob’s is a fantastic bbq joint, and they make my favorite chicken salad I’ve ever eaten! I grew up eating at GA Bob’s, so it was quite nostalgic to play there.

I wish I had a picture of the crowd! It was a perfect sized room for the 80-ish friends who were there listening along. I will definitely be back.

Sunday, I played a show for the Cherry Blossom Festival in Macon. It was supposed to rain, but thankfully not a drop came down. We played a quick 30-minute set, and we had the sweetest crowd. A few kids were dancing at the front of the stage, and I brought them onstage to sing and dance along. And I ran into my college BFF, Mindy!

When we got to the car to drive back to Nashville, we were exhausted. Thankfully, my husband drove so I could sleep.

Night night.
